We also partner with various retailers and off-price retailers across the country such as Nordstrom Rack, Macy's Backstage, select boutiques, specialty stores, as well as TJ Maxx and Marshall's stores across the US.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

In the case that you entered the incorrect shipping address, please reach out to help@joananddavidtravel.com immediately & prior to the shipment of your items to ensure that the package is sent to the correct address.

What if the product I order came damaged?

In the case that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service (help@joananddavidtravel.com) with your order number and information so we can refund you or exchange your product.
