Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary based on your location and selected courier. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second confirmation email with a tracking number.
Carriers
We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking link in your confirmation email or through the Shop app.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
